1988年10月1日 执行《献血法》以来，重庆市面上血液中心以各种形式开展了公民无偿献血知识的教育、宣传、动员，在低危人群中征集无偿献血者。
After the implementation of the Law of Blood Donation
on Oct.1.1998,Chongqing Blood Center has conducted various
activities to educate & mobilize the citizens to donate
their blood without remuneration.
